2023 Bridge Work Schedule (updated 4/18/23)
Weekly Construction Update for the week ending 7/8/2023.
Last week, the Contractor continued installing deck formwork on southside of bridge.
This week, the Contractor installed welded shear connectors and continued deck formwork installation.
- Traffic impacts next week:
- Single lane closure with temporary traffic signals.
For those unfamiliar with the project, the concrete bridge deck will be replaced and widened, to allow for a new, wider sidewalk on the north side of the bridge, new pedestrian and bicycle-friendly traffic barriers, and a new waterline will be installed underneath the bridge between the girders.
